  1. I’m a huge car guy, but when it comes to performance, I’d rather get a bike than a 200k supercar.

  2. Bike was running him down awd in lambo is no joke from dig but another 200 feet bike would’ve takin the lambo

  3. This is not the 90s bikes are no match for the cars today. All bike fans should go back to the 90s where they belong.

  4. I adore Lamborghinis, but why the straight-line test with the ZX10R ?… It’s a track bike. In that case, a track test would have been more appropriate. It’s rather like pitting a Lamborghini against such a bike on corners and chicanes, and no surprises that the Top Gear challenge (on a track) put a Ducati Monster on top.

In a straight line acceleration test (if a ‘test’ is what this was supposed to be), a stock ZZR1400R would have been a fairer and faster blast, despite costing a mere £15k. A fair comparison therefore, pitting one of the worlds fastest stock road cars against one of the worlds fastest stock road bikes (notwithstanding the legal-enforced 186mph speed restrictor for this reason).

I noted one comment that bikers should ‘go back to the 90’s’, which sounds like biker envy from someone that’s just arrived from the 90’s – apparently yearning to experience such performance that bikers regularly enjoy but could never afford the car. If that is important then there is a solution… Get a bike. If not then either strike it rich or quietly dream on.

  5. I have been a die hard motorsports enthusiast since I was a child. I’ve owned many slow bikes, and a few very fast bikes (07 ZX14, with mods) and I’ve had pretty descent straight line built up drag cars. I love them all and I simply don’t understand why everyone promotes so much negativity and hatred towards others that share the same love of horsepower and the same enthusiasm for a well tuned machine. This is something that should bring us together, not tear us apart. Arguing about what’s best on the Internet…REALLY! Want to know what’s best? The “best” is what the driver/owner enjoys, appreciates, and suits them best. The argument goes no further then that. What for one person may not suit another as properly and it’s that simple. Why not be a real enthusiast and appreciate them all for what they are and what they are made for? The Aventador and the ZX10 are both amazing machines that both do extremely well at what they were designed to do. Enjoy it!!!

  6. the aventador is better then the Kawasaki and the aventador wins
